Whilst socialising, I unconsciously step into my Ego and from a place of fear think things like... ‘Am I liked? Do they understand my work? Do they see my growth?’, triggering all my self-limiting beliefs.

We are multidimensional beings constantly shifting energy through our chakra system on many different planes; Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Etherical and Physical.

Consciousness brings guidance, stunning synchronicities and an intuitive ability that comforts you in knowing that you are right where you need to be.  It is a belief, it is Faith; however that looks for you.
